Admission Requirements

The quota and the information regarding the enrollment for the 2022-2023 Academic Year will be determined in accordance with the calendar and regulations announced by the  Ministry of National Education. Admission is based on the standardized high school entrance exam developed by the Turkish Ministry of National Education.

Application for Transition from  Middle School to High School

Please complete the Early Application Form Ön Baþvuru Formunu in order to schedule an interview for application  and receive more information about our school. You will be contacted for an appointment upon the completion of the form. During the interview, you and the applicant will be informed about our school’s educational programs and campus facilities in depth.

If you have further questions about the admission process, please call 90216 642 00 10 to contact our school between 08.15 – 17.30 on weekdays, and 09.00 – 15.00 on Saturdays.

Note: Enrollment to Grade 9  will be completed according to the results of the placement tests in English and Turkish. In accordance with the related article of Ministry of Education Regulations for Secondary Education, students who fail to show the necessary proficiency level in any of the English and Turkish exams will be enrolled to the High School Preparation Class.

Transfer Students

Transfer student are accepted according to the results of transfer exams and individual interviews, if there is vacancy. To apply as a transfer student, please complete Please complete the the Application Form the Application Form. Upon the completion of the form, you will be contacted to make an appointment for an  interview.

Note:   In accordance with institutional regulations, students cannot be accepted to Grade 12.

Academic Scholarships

1. The levels of Merit Scholarships, with the exception of Ministry of Education Scholarships, are determined annually according to the score and percentile obtained on the High School Entrance Exam.
2. Merit Scholarships are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis.
3. Merit Scholarships are valid throughout the student’s educational life at our institution. Students continue to benefit from scholarships as long as they pass their current class and do not incur disciplinary action.
4. Applications for scholarships are made by submitting a form after completing an interview.

• Kardeþ öðrencilerde eðitim ve yemek ücretleri 1 peþin + 8 taksitle ödenir.
• Kayýt sýrasýnda peþin ödemelerde % 10 indirim uygulanýr. (Peþin indirimi 19.04.2024 tarihine kadar geçerlidir.)
• Ödemelerde (burs, kardeþ, mezun vs.) sadece tek indirimden yararlanýlýr.
• Kayýt süreçlerimiz Milli Eðitim Bakanlýðý Özel Öðretim Kurumlarý Yönetmeliði esaslarý çerçevesinde yürütülür.

The kitchen has always been a priority for The Sezin School. Meals prepared with carefully selected ingredients have become unforgettable flavors across generations. Today, with the supervision of Süheda Ýmamoðlu, an alumni of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of Hacettepe University, healthy and balanced menus are prepared within a systematic program that takes scientific data into consideration.

Food menus at our school are prepared within the framework of daily calorie needs of different age groups. For middle school and high school students, an alternative menu that takes their age development requirements into consideration is available. Kindergarten and Primary School serves two snacks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Our school has been certified as a “Nutrition Friendly School” by the Ministry of National Education. 

Our Food Philosophy

1. All meals are prepared daily by our staff in our school kitchen.
2. Four basic food groups are carefully represented in menus. All menus are determined according to the needs of the students by our nutritionist, Süheda Ýmamoðlu.
3. Processed foods containing additives are not used in our meals.
4. Our meat has been picked up daily from the same butcher for 55 years. We do not use frozen meat.
5. All vegetables and fruit are purchased from the central marketplace on a daily basis, with a preference for seasonal produce.
6. Vegetable oil and butter are used in our meals, with local extra virgin olive oil in all kinds of salads and cold dishes.
7. All fruit juice served at our school is freshly squeezed.

Transportation to the school is provided by the company named “Çizgim Turizm”. The “School Bus Request Form” filled by our parents is delivered to Çizgim Turizm. Çizgim Turizm determines the bus  the student takes according to the home address specified in the registration form.

The student’s school bus service number, license plate, telephone and attendant information can be obtained from the Student Affairs in September, or from Çizgim Turizm representatives. All information is sent to parents via SMS before the school begins.

SCHOOL BUS  HOURS:

1. The arrival and departure hours of buses are determined by the school administration. Routes and schedules are set accordingly. 
2. The routes and schedules of the buses may vary from year to year according to the addresses of the registered students and the city traffic. 
3. School buses have a “vehicle tracking system”. Our parents can track vehicles on the system with the codes provided by Çizgim Turizm.
4. Students can only use the school buses they are registered to.
